Tennis is a vibrant part of the Ranelagh Club, with the 6 floodlit ‘mod grass’ courts and newly renovated tennis cabana, allowing play daytime and evenings throughout the year. Members have access to the courts for casual play during weekday and Saturday afternoons and all day Sunday. There is generally no need to book the courts as play is on a ‘first come’ basis.

It has been encouraging in recent times to see so many new faces playing tennis on a regular basis. With Ranelagh Club membership numbers continuing to climb, an obvious spin-off has been the number of new members keen to play tennis. No matter what type of weather and time of day, it seems there is always someone enjoying a hit of tennis.

COMPETITION PLAY THAT IS AVAILABLE AT THE CLUB

• JUNIORS
  A summer season that commences in September and concludes in March.
  A winter season that commences in April and concludes in August.
• SENIORS AND SOCIAL - Monday and Thursday morning from 9.00 a.m. onwards
• MID-WEEK LADIES -  Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and a Singles competition on Friday.
