1. Do I get one card per person on the membership, or one card for the membership?One Card per membership. 2. Who can use the card?Everyone on the Membership can use the Card. (Under-18s cannot use the Card if the sale of alcohol is involved.) 3. When do I use the card?Swipe your Card when placing your order. It can also be used when paying your bill. 4. How do I earn points and how many do I get?Points are earned by making purchases of food and drinks in the Club Restaurant. One point per Dollar spent. 5. What happens if we are sharing a table with other members? Who gets the points?The member who pays the bill gets the points. So, if members are dining together and wish to earn their points for their spend, it will require them to advise the serving staff, as they order, that they require separate bills. The serving staff will then set up individual tabs for each member. 6. Is there a limit on what I can earn points?No, members can earn points on anything from a Coffee to a Wedding!! Sorry, but only functions booked after receipt of the Card qualify. 7. Can I get more points in other ways?Yes, you can earn Bonus Points when you make a Reservation for lunch or dinner, which is not an advertised event. You can also earn Bonus Points at special advertised events. 8. How am I rewarded?Members will receive an annual bonus based on points earned. The amount of bonus per point will be determined by the Club Committee, based on the business result in the Restaurant. However, those who use the facilities most will earn the most bonus. 9. What do I do if I forget my card?Points can be added by providing evidence of the purchase to the Office Manager, who will theen add them to your account manually. |
